1. Delivery Area

We currently ship to the United States only.

Orders placed from outside the United States cannot be processed at this time.

2. Delivery Address

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address entered at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping details are complete and accurate before placing your order. Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information may cause delivery delays, or returned packages. 

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Order Cutoff Time

Our daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day will begin processing the same business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time, or on weekends or public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

5. Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, it will be shipped from our logistics center.

The average shipping time to the United States is:

4-9 business days (Monday to Friday)

• Carrier or logistics delays
• Transport capacity
• Customs clearance
• Public holidays
• High order volume
• Warehouse or fulfillment delays

6. Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time includes both order processing and shipping.

Processing time: 2-3 business days (Monday- Friday)
Shipping time: 4-9 business days (Monday- Friday)

* Estimated total delivery time: approximately 6-12 business days from the date of purchase.

These are estimates. External factors may affect delivery times. Our logistics team continuously monitors all shipments and orders. 

7. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders.

There are no additional shipping or handling fees charged.

The payment methods shown at checkout are the available payment methods for your order. Some payment methods may be available to your depending on your device or location at the time of purchase.

9. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please note that tracking updates may take 3-5 business days to appear after the package has left the warehouse or fulfillment center.

10. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

If delivery cannot be completed because the shipping address is incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable:

• The package may be returned to us
• We may contact you to confirm the correct address
• We may offer redelivery or another suitable solution where possible

11. Delivery Confirmation

Once the shipping carrier marks a package as delivered, the delivery is considered complete.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us. We will assist you where possible and help investigate the issue with the shipping provider.

12. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or restricted areas. Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on US-specific regulations or carrier restrictions.
