1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions listed below.

Return requests submitted after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • In the same condition as received
  • Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging
  • Approved by our customer support team before being sent back
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt

You may try on items for fit in the same way you would in a retail store.

If an item shows signs of wear, use, washing, damage, missing tags, or missing packaging, we may reject the return or apply a reduction to the refund amount.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling
  • Items with removed or broken hygiene seals, where applicable
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items, where clearly marked at purchase

For hygiene reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, or removed from their original protective packaging.

4. Customer Satisfaction & Change of Mind Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions conditions listed in this policy.

To request assistance, please contact us at info@bennettandgrant.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Please note that returns must be approved by our customer service team before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be processed.


5. Return Shipping

For change-of-mind or customer satisfaction returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Bennett & Grant will cover the return shipping cost once the issue is approved.

Approved returns must be sent only to the return address provided by our support team directly, with prior authorization. Returns sent without authorization, and to any other address may not be processed.

Customers are responsible for choosing a reliable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment. Bennett & Grant is not responsible for return parcels that are lost, delayed, damaged, rejected, or sent to the wrong address.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@bennettandgrant.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging, if relevant
  • Once reviewed, we will let you know the next steps. If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

    If the issue is approved and a return is required, Bennett & Grant will cover the return shipping cost for damaged, defective, or incorrect items


7. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at info@bennettandgrant.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The item or items you want to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Your shipping address
  • Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved.

We aim to respond to inquiries within 24 hours during business days.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase.

After this window, we may already have started processing your order, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, you may request a return after delivery in line with this policy.


9. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

The following are non-refundable unless required by law:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs
  • Optional shipping protection or insured shipping fees

10. Promotional Discounts and Partial Returns

If your order included a promotional discount, bundle offer, multi-buy discount, or similar promotion, your refund may be adjusted if you return part of the order.

Discounts are recalculated based on the items you keep after the return.

For example, if returning an item means your order no longer qualifies for the original promotion, the discount may be removed or adjusted from the refund amount.

Refunds are calculated based on the final qualifying order value after returns.


11. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund.

Store credit is issued at our discretion, is non-refundable, and may only be used for future purchases on our store.


12. Failed Delivery, Refused Delivery, or Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery, refusal at delivery, or because it was left unclaimed, we may offer one of the following options once the parcel has been returned and inspected:

  • Redelivery, subject to additional shipping fees
  • Store credit, at our discretion
  • A refund, minus any applicable costs, fees, or reductions


13. Policy Updates

Bennett & Grant may update or amend this policy from time to time.

Any changes will take effect once published on our website.


14. Restocking fee

There is no restocking fee for customers who are returning orders to Bennett & Grant.

15. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the new item.
